Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Medical support

In a medical support order, what exactly does ''reasonableness of charges'' mean. My husband reimburses 50% all of uninsured medical expenses (as well as provides insurance.) Decree states that this does not include non-prescriptions. If his ex purchases non-prescription for daughter, can she say he must reimburse 50% due to ''reasonableness of charges'' for that medication????

Re: Medical support

If the decree states that his reimbursement obligations do not apply to non-prescription drugs, then he does seem to have to provide reimbursement.
