Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I would like to know if I can get a Michigan child support / custody order? I am living in Texas, my kids live in Michigan - but my support and custody agreement was written in Florida

The jurisdiction of the court remains in Florida until it is changed. It can be changed if ALL of the parties (Mom, Dad, Kids) have left Florida and then the proper jurisdiction would be where the kids have lived for six months. (There are exceptions to all of this so you need to talk to an attorney.)

Even if the jurisdiction is changed, the current order remains valid until modified by the new court. Based on what you said, you probably need to talk to a family law attorney in Michigan or else pay a Texas lawyer to consult with you about your options.
