Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am in the middle of a divorce and my soon to be ex wife recieved some of my mail and opened it and refuses to forward it to me. Is it legal for her to open my mail even though we've already filed for divorce.

You need to have Temporary Orders in place, which can specify that she is not allowed to open your mail and is required to forward your mail. You might also consider changing your address with the post office, so that your mail is forwarded away from your spouses address.
