Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

In the middle of my pending divorce The ex said he wanted to reconcile. I was in the hospital for stressed induced angina. The day I was discharged he stayed the night at my apt. I went back to work the next day telling him that I would be back at luch to lock up ( he did not have keys ,nor is he on the lease. When I got home he had brought in clothes & an acoustic guitar. That was 20 days ago & i have not seen or heard from him. Now today he has his nephew calling me stating that I stole the aforementioned items & that he is calling the police on me. I said "go ahead". He called me back saying "they are closed I will have the police there Monday morning. My divorce atty is out of town until Tuesday March 20th. Do I have anything to worry about.. FYI I am on Victims assistance because the ex & his nephew are dopeheads.

No, you don't have anything to worry about. The police probably won't want to get involved in his silliness.

You might want to change the lock on your door, just in case.
