Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My middle name is spelled wrong on all my divorce paperwork. What can I do to slow down my husband using this error. He and I have been married 12 years. All of which he served as active duty in the US Army. After three tours and a TBI along with severe PTSD he was medically retired with 100% dissability. He filed divorce while our daughter was visiting him and his parents in Dallas and where tgey live there is a standing order written into divorces that the child stays where the child is. He has barely been in her life the past 7 years and only part time now. His parents take care of her. They also have money and wNt there first grandbaby close to them. He abandoned us in san antonio for almost a year before he filed for divorce. What do I do? He left me with all the bills, took my baby and all the money. He wont help me move and I cant afford to fight this especially 5 hours away.

The misspelling of your middle name doesn't mean anything. There's no way that you can "use" it.

You need to hire a lawyer and see about transferring the case based on where the children have MOSTLY lived during the past year.
