(Military) Disability Pay

I was discharged from the USAF because I have type 2 diabetes. I receive $1400/month and then I also work a civilian job. Do I need to report to the State of Texas that I have this extra income and would my ex-wife be entitled to a portion of it?

Child support is based on your Net Resources -- you can read on-line under the TX family code how net resources is defined.

It not only includes ALL income it also includes rental income,etc.
