I had my military husband served with divorce papers in March. He did not respond. He is now deployed. Can I continue with my default divorce?

Call the Court Administrator for the Court that your case is pending in, and ask the procedure for setting the case for trial.

It is unlikely. Most Courts are not going to let you divorce and active duty service member unless they agree to the divorce. You should talk to a good family law attorney about your specific situation.
