Military Pension
I have been married since 1998 and I am divorcing in 2007, my husband has 20 years in the military but is not going to retire until he has 30 years. Am I entitled to any portion of his pension for the 8 years I was married to him.

You would be entitled to a certain percentage of the proceeds from his retirement annuity based on the percentage of it earned while you were married.
