Military Retirement Pay

I've been divorced for 11 years and I'm going to retire from the military soon. My ex and I were married for the 1st 10 years of my military career. My ex was awarded part of my retirement in the divorce decree. She's remarried now. Can I take her back to court inorder to get back my retirement?

Not unless you have a provision in the order which states that upon remarriage she forfeits her share of the retirement money.
