minor children

Do I have the legal right to take minor children away from their and my mother if there is mental and physical abuse, without involving CPS and the court system?

Who are you to the children?

I would try to avoid CPS.

However, I WOULD USE THE COURT SYSTEM AND GET LEGAL CUSTODY.

If you are NOT the other parent, then you must prove that MOMMY and DADDY are both UNFIT to raise the children.

This is a very difficult burden to legally prove to a Judge.
