minor ear's percing

My 3 yr old daughter's dad's girlfriend, took her to walmart and signed the consent form stating she was the parent of my child to have her ear's preiced and a walmart employee preiced her ears, Do you think I have a case, is it really that easy to walk into walmart and do what ever you want with a child?

Apparently so. If you are all in TX, then you might have a good case but I really don't know what the damages would be. It may be useful to change custody arrangement, but she can simply say she was the father's agent; so that would defeat you unless the facts are more strongly in your favor.
