Minor move from Kansas to Texas

Can a 17 year old girl from the state of Kansas move out of the parents room and live in a texas residency in order to addend college with parental consent? What documents are involved in this process?

Since there is parental consent and it sounds like you're talking about a dorm, if any are needed I would assume the college could provide them.
