Pregnant does not equal emancipated. Married equals emancipated. Do your parents have a court order describing conservatorship of you? If so, they can enforce that conservatorship until you are 18. If they do not, then when you turn 17 you are still a minor, but not a runaway. The best legal advice I can give you is to sit down with your boyfriend, your parents, and his parents, and mediate a resolution to this situation. You are dealing with adult issues now, and you have to behave in an adult way to seek a solution.
