minor visitation to abuse dad

how old must a child be to refuse to go to his dads. his dad does all he can to interrupt his life. dad tries to keep minor from activities associated with JROTC and other events in school. Dad also physically abuse 15 yr old. have paid thousands for legal help none done.

He has to go with his dad until he is 18 years old, or a court orders some other arrangement -- be it supervised or restricted. If he is physically abusing him, then that evidence needs to be brought to the court's attention, to protect him.
