Minor visitation choice

What is the legal age that a child can chose not to visit their parent?

If there is a compelling reason to not spend time with that parent, discuss it with your primary parent conservator. Determine if the reasons are valid enough to go back to court to get a modification. It is probable that you will have to consult an attorney to make this determination.
