Minors having sex

I just ound out my 13 year old Daughter had sex with a 16, maybe 17 year old boy, can I do anything legally about this?

AS you know, she is a child - regardless of her sexual activity. She is not of the age to consent. Speak to the DA about child abuse charges. "Good Luck.
