missing in action

How can I file for divorce if I dont know the address, ssn, phone number of neither my spouse nor my childen. I pay childsupport and is not able to see my children because she hates for me to talk with them. I live in east texas, she lives in Houston, TX. Should I file here or will I need to file with a attorney in Houston?

File in your county, however you will need to get a lawyer. An attorney can probably locate her through the AG, since you are paying child support.
