Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

mixing seperate property into community

My husbend sold the house he owned prior to our marriage on our 1 yr anniv. .

He then took the money and bought the house we chose together with that money (stated on house papers he was single and put it in his name only)then stated to several people and in court that it was our family home, He also opened a bank account in his name deposited the rest of the money and used it for everyone, then added my name to same account 7mon. later after most of the money was gone. Now we use it equally deposites and withdrawls.

So In a divorce how would the court divide the house since the seperate money was used for our family community and house was said on record to be family home?

You are thinking correctly - it is most likely community property. Get a lawyer to preserve your claim.
