modification of custody

i was in default went to try to get a reset and judege would not. its been six months i want my children and my ex is doing cocaine alcoholic and my son recently was returned by the mail man b/c he was wondering down the street while my ex slept and the police chief of shiner was notified and turned him in. i owe 6 months of child support and have been denied access to my three year old and 1 year old. i want my kids back how can i get them? please help me i, desperate.

Re: modification of custody

Visitation is not connected to delinquent child support. If you're children are in danger call Child Protective Services.
