Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
modify child support
I live in texas and my ex moved to oklahoma with the kids. We currently have a child support order through Texas were we got the divorce. Is she able to transfer and modify the child support in oklahoma? I thought the UIFSA stated that since I still reside in TX that they will continue to have jurisdiction. I would like to keep it in texas.

Re: modify child support
This actually relates to OK law, and you might want to repost it.
Under Texas law, there are circumstances where the foreign order can be enforced here. There are also circumstances where a foreign order can be modified.
