Modifying child supprt

I am the NCP and have been paying shild support on one child. My question is can my child support be modified if I am still making the same amount of money I was making 5yrs ago. I have been on time with my payments , but I am just barely making it by. I am the only head of household so I have to support 3 of my biological children.

If you did not have 3 biological children 5 years ago, then you have a change in circumstances. The calculation for child support reduces the support amount if there are other childen. If you did have the other children and they were not taken into acount when the calculation was made you may be able to seek a modification. You need to see your attorney to review this matter.
