Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

ModifyVisitation

My ex-husband took my children for his visitation period of, two weeks; they were supposed to be returned to my home at 6:30p on 06/30/06. He did not return them until 6:00p 07/04/06. He took them over 7 hours away. I would to have his visitation restricted. Is this possible?

Theoreticall, it could be possible. You would have to prove that it was in the best interest of the children.
