Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my mom and i got into a agrugement that lead into a pysicall fight she was on top of me and i coouldnt breath i tried pushing her off me she grabed me by my hair and hit me direclty in the face while she had ahold of my hair the police came she told them i hit her and then arrested me and took me to the police station the officier wrote me a ticket it says assualt by contact he said its a class c my court date is on march 10th i will be turning17 on march 12 im looking for a job now and i already talked to my friends mom and she said i could stay with her my mom before has said to me that "move out and do it on my own" asap this is one of many times that it got to violence but ive never hit her back i cant take living with her is there anything i can do to get out. this is the first time ive ever been introble with the law and i dont want this going on my recored because im not a violent person at all let alone hit my mother

You need to call CPS. Based on the facts you've given, your mother is a violent criminal.
