Is there any way for my mom to get custody I'm 16?

�she treats me with great care shes a excellent mother gives me food and a roof over my head

�dad is always drinking, always wants to take us to parties, and always makes us clean the inside and outside of the house.

�my mom is too scared of my dad to fight for us.

She can't get custody if she's afraid to go to court and fight for you.
