Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My mom and dad divourced about a year ago.I went with my mom ,but my dad won custidy of me because he had a job. How can i talk to the court to let me move in with my mom now that she has a job, a house ,and a car?

Your mom has to file a petition to modify the parent-child relationship and, in her petition, ask the court to interview you in chambers. If you are over 12 years old, the court MUST interview you. The closer you are to 18, the more weight your preference will have. Good luck!!
