Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my mom is fighting for custody but im not sure if she'll get it

My mom is single and her and my sister rent a house together, and i greatly want to move in with her, and she also wants me, but my father is remarried to a women i greatly dislike and aslo dont get along with her children, ther is 4 of them. My father makes more money than my mom, but he isnt ther for me the way my mom is. He would rather buy me with his money. My mom is on SSI and recieves alamony from my father making her inclome around 1500 a month wich would be enough for me and her. My mom has decied to take my dad back to court, but i really want to know what my chances are of actually getting to move with her befor she spends all that money of a lawyer. Im 15 years old and im mirerable wher im at. please someone contact me help me with my delima. thanks

If everything is in Texas, she may be able to modify the custody. Also, since you are 15, you can tell the judge your preference and she/he will take it into consideration.
