Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My mom
My mom is in a physic ward. No one will talk to use. Can we get her out? Does she need an attorney. She dont know how she got there.

Get her a lawyer, to get her in front of a judge, so that the hospital has to explain the circumstances. She also should be examined by a physician/psychiatrist that you retain.
