out of money for atty

i have an atty but divorce is costing more than atty promised no dna test yet, 1 child support payment received, atty filed papers to other party with out my signature and wrong info, recieved a bill and notice from atty for no payment atty will withdraw from case if no payment is made

There really isn't a question here, but no one can promise how much a contested divorce, especially one where paternity is disputed is going to cost. My guess is your attorney only gave you an estimate of what it would cost, not a promise.

If you don't pay him or her, your attorney has the right to withdraw. You wouldn't expect your mechanic or your dentist to keep going for free if it turned out the job was more involved then the original estimate. Why do you expect your attorney to?
