Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Money Clause

a section in our divorce decree requires a payment of a sum based on a a formula which includes my ex-wifes w-2 and the tax returns of her company (which I signed my half over to her)and that companies' debt service. She usually makes the payment, but does not provide copies of the 3 documents in the formula.

Question: Would a Judge be able to require her to provide that information to asses the accuracy of her payment? Or would I have to sue for that information?

thank you so much-

Re: Money Clause

Yes - you are entitled to see the documents that form the basis of the payment. If your decree does not provide for that, then file a Motion for Clarification and Enforcement.
