Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Have no money need to find a lawyer to represent me we have land and home by the water we have also two boats and alot of tools , we have been married for 24 years, he wants a divorce , he wants me to move out ,however he has all the income. he gets social security, disability checks, and boilermaker income.what are my rights? i have no i ncome to leave . i am desperate. i am scared for he has all the control i have no say so .and no family close to move to.vehicle is paid for .do i have to move out?he has been to be violent.

Try contacting you local division of Texas Legal Aid.

If your husband is violent with you either leave or call the police, your safety is the first priority.
