If you don't have money for a divorce, contact your local County Bar association and see if there is an organization that assists low-income persons with legal services. You may want to contact a local law school and ask if they have a Law Clinic that can assist you. I do not recommend handling your own divorce. However, with that said, if your husband refuses to sign the divorce papers, contact the court coordinator for the court your petition was filed in and schedule a hearing so the Court can rule on your petition for divorce.
