Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Money and Politics - counselor and home study

My 5 y.o. daughter is telling a ''counselor/pastor/restraing order server'' supposely that I am teaching her the word ''hump'' and that I want her to ''hump'' people. Me and the father live in different counties. Do we have the right to have her reviewed by my choice of counselor in Dallas? I just think she is being coached and it doesn't make any sense why she would start saying these things.

Also, when we do the home study, would it benefit me to hire someone from Dallas? Thank you for all your help!

I would guess that this question arises from some custody dispute. Certainly, you can request the Court to allow you to have another counselor examine the child and the other counselor's notes, methods, and qualifications. This would allow your attorney to effectively cross examine the other counselor and discredit his findings - if possible.
