Morality Clause

With supporting evidence, if an ex-spouse violated a court ordered and party-agreed, morality clause in Texas, could the other parent get full custody of the children?

Not automatically. If it is an enforceable clause in a court order, then it is relevant evidence in the custody proceedings.
