Mortgage and Marriage

If I bought a home in 2006, but still pay a mortgage and I'm going to marry in 2009, can his children clam half the house in an event something happended to us, or one of us.

I highly recommend that you talk to an attorney before marriage.

You might want to write a will and/or do a pre-nuptial & post-nuptial agreement.
