Mortgage and pension retirement

My husband wants to divorce after

23 years of marriage, our children

moved out but still in college. He

doesn't wan t to give me the rights of

keeping my home, but wants to sell

and divide the difference after

mortgage is paid. Is it possible that I

am entitle to stay home and

refinance on my name only? Also he

works for the state for already 19

years, when am I eligible to receive

his half of retirement?
