Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

motgage

been divorced for 10 yrs we bought a

hhd house 2yrs into our marriage

separated in 5 yrs later we got

divorced and his sister lived in the

house ever since we didn't even

mention the house in our divorce

decree the house is being paid for by

his sister to the mortage company

who doesn't know anything about

this after our divorce he refused to

have anything to say to me so what

do I need to do to get my name off

the mortgage and is it going to be

expensive.

You need to go talk with a good family law attorney. This sounds like a mess and you'll probably pay more for an attorney now than you would have when you originally divorced.
