Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

if the mother of my child has a boyfriend, that she lives with, with MANY felony drug possesion chargers can I say she can't take him on her visitations if the boyfriend is around? Also can she bring a cop to my house and I have to let my son go with her?

1. Has your paternity ever been established by court order or by a divorce decree?

2. Is there a court order in place that sets out the terms and conditions of your visitation?
