The mother of child has denied and kept my son away from me. I put and filled child support fo my self. We got the appointment, the day come she did not ahow up, was reseted and again she did not showed up. The third appointment I went and they said she hired an attorney. We went to court, me no attorney. We came fo a temporary agrerment. She followed for like a month then she filed a motion to dismiss. I s
did not nothing of it. Foumd out way later. Payment was returned from child support. Attorney General filled for AOP. I got served, went to court. she did not show due to her not being served. Was reseted and again she did not show due to her not being able to get served. The judge dismiss the suit. What can I do? I have ebidence of me trying to reach her. It has been close to 4 years. What can I possibly do?

You need to hire a private attorney that will hire a private process server to serve her.
It appears that no court has decreed that you are the father of this child. You probably need to file a paternity action.
