Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

The mother of my child moved to Louisiana years ago. I want to know if I can legally require her to meet halfway for visitations. As far as I know she filed no motion with the court upon moving.

Based on what you have written and no clear idea of any current court order, you may always go to the court with jurisdiction and file an action regarding child custody, support, and visitation. You probably want to talk with a law firm who can assist you with protecting your rights and interests.
