Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My mother got divorced 2 TWO years ago and did a cheap, quick divorce that stated the home value and all assets would be divided 50/50. As of 2010 (2 years later) her ex-husband still lives in the home, REFUSES to sign in order to sell the house, doesn't work, and she is left with all of the bills. In addition he is an alcoholic and abusive to her. The home is paid off, so no mortgage left to pay. How can she make him sign to sell the home or make him leave so she can start over?

She needs to file either a Motion to Enforce or a Motion to Clarify (or both), to get the court to force the process of selling the house, and/or awarding possession solely to her in the interim. Hopefully she realizes the need for an attorney to handle this on her behalf.
