What if a mother fails to appear with the kids for paternity testing?

It is a really bad idea to NOT show up.

Without knowing more, I can't say exactly what the Judge will do in this case.

The judge MIGHT hold her in contempt of court since she was ordered to have paternity testing done. Or, the judge might do what the "father" asked. Or, the mother might not get what she asked.

Is there any fear to mother? or she is not actual mother of said child?
