When a mother and fouther files for child support and custody of a new baby through the A. G. Office what is the youngest age that the judge will let the baby go to the fouthers overnight with out the mother there?(If the baby lives with the mother) Also when the child is with one parent dering the days the judge ruled for them to have the child, dose the other parent have the right to go and see the child or call to chick up on the child?

Some judges won't order overnight visitation until the child is age three; before that, there will be afternoons and evenings for the father.
Not all judges are the same.
When one parent has the child, the other parent should just leave him alone. Constant checking up on the child is harassment. If you make more than one phone call during the other parent's possession period, you're overdoing it.

The youngest age could be age day 1.
Some judges say age 3 years. Some say age 5 years. If a man is a registered sex offender, that age might be "never"!
It's a question that no one can truly answer.
