Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
the mother and i were friends in colorado, when she told me she got pregnant after a night of drinking, we decided to make things work for the baby. I moved to texas and things just were not working out. We separated, she refuses a dna test but says i will be paying child support. If the child is mine i do NOT want the child to be raised with her. She has proved to me in many ways as far as doing drugs, not being clean, causing fights just for entertainment, and among many other things. the girl is just not what i want (if the child is mine) my child around, and i want me and my girlfriend who i plan to marry to raise him. If i get sole or full custody i prefer supervised visits.... is this possible?

She "refuses a DNA test"?
My guess is that a paternity suit has not been filed.
Until that happens, all bets are off.
You don't get any kind of custody unless the child is yours biologically.
