Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My mother gave my sister "POWER OF ATTORNEY" over herself, while she was sick and had surgury. My sister is abusing it and writing checks on mother's bank account and is refusing to give our Mother, her check book and her wallet with all of her identification documents in it. My mother no longer requires my sister's "HELP", if that is what you call it. Can Mother go to bank and take her off the signature card and undo the Power of Attorney paper????

Yes. She can revoke the power of attorney immediately. Then she can sue your sister for failure to fulfill her fudiciary duties as agent.
