Is my mother intitled monies

My brother was killed in a car accident he was married and one child money was awarded is my mother intitled to any and what rights does she have to her grandchild

You say "money was awarded". That indicates to me the claim or lawsuit, if there was one, was concluded. Your questions indicates that your mother was not part of the claim, so she would not receive any money. If she was to receive any money, her claim and the basis for receiving any money would have to be asserted in the lawsuit or whatever was done for "money to be awarded". Any rights that she might have for the grandson would have to be asserted in a separate matter.

The grandmother has rights to visit her grandchild since her child (the father) is deceased.
