Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
my mother and I got joint managing conservatorship of my son 7 years ago. He has lived with me full time for 5 years.My mother does not support him in any way, and has had nothing to do with any medical or school things or anything.I have 3 other children that i have full custody of.can she still take him from me even though she did not do any of the things she was supposed to in the agreement and has not been spending time with him or my other children?

She has the legal right to do whatever the order gives her the right to do. JMC can mean many things - but in light of your description of the situation, and in light of your new concerns, you should consider retaining an attorney to modify the order.
