Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

mother leaving state with child

my wife left the state of tx with our child. she did file, temp orders are on the 23rd of feb. she moved in with a guy from iowa that to my knowledge only met on the internet and he may have come to texas once or so. she won't admit she's up there but I know she is. so i haven't been able to see our child and only been able to hear my child on the phone. she's 3 1/2 and never talks on the phone anyway. I want to see her. what can I do?

You hire a good family law attorney and make sure you are at the hearing on the 23rd.

What do the temporary orders say? Did she file a petition for divorce? Did she have an attorney?
