Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My mother has passed away and my father is not in my life, i am 21 years old and a college student. In order to obtain things such as health insurance can i be adopted as an adult in the state of Texas?

Yes. An adult adoption is very easy. I would talk to an experienced family law attorney who can explain everything to you. It is actually pretty quick and easy.

It just takes some money! I think the filing fee is approximately $300 then there are the attorney's fees.

You need someone that has some experience so please don't use a kit from t.v. or internet!
