Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My mother purchase a house with money I gave. The house is under her name and she is responsible for the property taxes. My wife and I live alone in the house and is now expecting a child. If my mother transfer title of the house to my name. What will happen to the house if I go through a divorce? I live in Texas.

If she transfers it to you with a gift deed, it is separate property, and is not divided upon divorce.
