Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Mother is refusing visitation constantly. Grandparents are supposed to pick child up from her home for father's visitation as per court order. Grandparents split up, grandfather is the only one still living in the area, but is out of town for work, mother refusing to allow anyone else to pick up child. Judge also said if grandparents are not available, that anyone mother knows (such as great grandmother) is allowed to pick child up. Mother refusing to release child. Now mother and ex grandmother are making false claims of child molestation against father, grandfather and uncle in order to hinder visitation.

Dad needs to sue Mom for contempt for her violations of the court order. He must plead specific violations - date and time of each instance when he tried to pick up the children (or somebody acting on his behalf tried to pick up the children) and couldn't.
